Detect dogs for schools
Do you suspect drug use or drug trafficking at your school? Detect Dogs’ sniffer dogs give you security. When you engage us – directly or through the municipality and the police – we will discuss your wishes and questions in detail. On the basis of this, we will make a proposal and estimate the number of investigation teams required for the inspection.
On the day itself, we review the situation on site and discuss the concrete plan of approach with you. We do this with the greatest care: the dogs wait in the bus and are only picked up at the last minute. The bus is ‘neutral’ without recognizable advertising and our clothing does not indicate that a search is coming.
By placing the students in a row and walking past them quietly with the sniffer dog, we can check whether a student is carrying drugs. Of course, a student may be afraid of dogs. We are prepared for this. By explaining as well as possible and calmly what is going to happen, the fear can often be largely removed.
After the student check, we visit the classrooms with the sniffer dogs to detect any narcotics in the bags. Of course, the lockers are not forgotten.
